Icy poles will be sold this Friday on the front lawn from 3.20pm. $1 for a Zooper Dooper, cash only and correct change if possible. We would also appreciate any volunteers to help run the stall once or twice on a Friday in Term 4. It’s an easy job, and only takes about 45mins. Contact the P&F members for more information.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Grandparent’s Day morning tea and Scholastic Book Fair! We couldn’t have done it without you. Books ordered at the Book Fair will be sent to school before the end of term.
Our final P&F meeting for the year will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday 26 November in the P&F room, opposite the church. The committee is currently looking for a Treasurer and a Food Day Coordinator for 2025, as well as General Members. We are encouraging all parents, especially current Prep parents who may be considering joining the P&F, to come along to this meeting to hear more about the amazing line up of events planned for 2025!
There are limited spots left for Holy Spirit’s first ever ‘Pilates and Prosecco’ Mums’ Night on Tuesday 12 November. Attendees will participate in an instructor-led Pilates session in the school hall, followed by a glass of Prosecco. Registrations are essential. https://www.trybooking.com/events/landing/1302014
If anyone who has registered is able to come a little early to help set up, please contact the organisers via pandf@hsringwoodnth.catholic.edu.au
Your children have created some beautiful artwork for our Crazy Camel fundraiser. Visit https://www.crazycamel.com.au/10616 and select your child’s class to see their drawing and order products. Get a head start on your Christmas shopping for those hard-to-buy-for relatives (tote bags, calendars, tea towels, diaries etc!).
On the final curriculum day of the year, parents and caregivers show their thanks for the teachers’ hard work by supplying morning tea. We are asking anyone able to donate a plate of morning tea to please sign up here: https://signup.com/go/drDpQgw
Teacher Presence is not-for-profit charity founded by Holy Spirit teacher Andy McKellar. Its mission is spread the importance of empathy and gratitude through the gift of giving. They do this by helping redirect money that would otherwise be used for the optional end of year teacher gifts from families. This allows us to lead by example and show our students the impact of giving to others in need. Please view the videos linked here to learn more about Teacher Presence.
