Congratulations on making it through Term 1 senior students! The days have been long, but the weeks have just flown by!
Holidays are the time to rest and reset. The next term will consist of 11 weeks, and with the change to cooler days and shorter daylight hours, you will need to be mindful of ways to make it through. So use these holidays to gain the advantage and minimise future stress!
Here is a list of things you can do:
1. Plan your time.
Make yourself a schedule of events and commitments (holidays, work, sport, socialising) that will occur in the next two weeks. Factor in time to study and rest!
2. Finish off any overdue Work Requirements and holiday homework.
Complete any outstanding work. Communicate with your teacher/s if need be.
3. Revise topics from Term One.
Organise your notes and summaries. Complete practice exam questions. Reviewing content now will help you remember it later in the year.
4. Get ahead.
Read your English text and look over the next chapter in your textbook. Attend revision lectures. (e.g. ATAR Notes - Free and TSSM Easter Holiday Program)
