A SPECIAL GIFT FOR YEAR 6 STUDENTS
By Students: Phelix & Mackenzie (6A)
On Friday 14th March, Mr and Mrs Henderson came from Gideon International and presented the students of 6A & 6B with a Bible that included the Psalms and the New Testament.
Mr and Mrs Henderson informed us that they place Bibles, free of charge, in Schools, Hotels and Motels. They also informed us that not only do they do this in Australia, they also do this in over 190 countries worldwide.
It was lovely to meet Mr & Mrs Henderson and hear their stories. The miniature Bibles they have given to us will assist with our Christian Studies lessons. We look forward to using them.
Finally, John 3:16 reminds us that God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
