Prep | Bluegum

Prep Bluegum have been having an exciting time learning about push and pull forces in science! 

This week, we had the opportunity to apply our understanding of forces as we made our own mini golf courses. Using classroom items like dominoes, building blocks, and cubes, students experimented with rolling a marble through their mini courses, noticing how pushing the ball could make it travel faster, and how obstacles could slow it down or change its direction. 

It was awesome to see students use their creativity and problem-solving skills to work together and figure out how to make their courses work, while learning about how forces shape the movement of things. We cannot wait to keep having fun with more hands-on activities like this as we keep learning about science!
