A week of celebrations: Shrove Tuesday and                     Ash Wednesday

This week we marked the beginning of Lent. On Tuesday we gathered together for Shrove Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday is a last feast before we enter the season of Lent. Ash Wednesday is the beginning of Lent. Lent is a time of reflecting on how we live our lives, are we faithful to the Gospel? It is a time to focus on prayer, giving and fasting.

Below are some photos of our celebrations together.
