A significant upgrade

 The Kinross Wolaroi School app, ‘KWS Hub’, has had a significant upgrade that delivers a refreshed, modern design with clearer navigation and faster access to the information you use most. 

 

Many of the improvements have been shaped directly by your feedback, and our aim is to make staying connected with the Kinross Wolaroi community easier, more intuitive, and personalised for every family. 

 

Importantly, how you log in to The Hub and Hub App is not changing. You will continue to use the same parent account throughout the upgrade and once the new version is released. 

 

What’s new 

Some of the improvements to look for in the upgraded app, 

  • A homepage with a focus on student‑specific information 
  • Forms requiring your attention highlighted automatically 
  • Simple access to view and download new and past academic reports 
  • Visibility over your student’s school attendance 
  • Deeper access to information within The Hub without being taken out of the app 

 

Features You Know and Trust 

Features you already depend on from the app will also be returning,  

  • Co-curricular (Clipboard) information and updates 
  • News Feed 
  • Digital Forms  
  • School Contacts 

Please upgrade now

We are now ready for all families to download the KWS Hub app upgrade.  

The old version of our app will cease working on Friday, 13 March 2026 so please take action today to minimise any potential disruption.

How do I know if I have the upgrade?

If your KWS Hub app homepage has ‘Quick Access’ pins and our school Newsletter visible (similar to the picture above) you are on the upgraded app and no further action is required.

 

Once you are using the upgraded version, please take a moment to explore and provide any feedback by clicking the ‘feedback’ button on the home page.
