OSH CLUB - HOLIDAY PROGRAM

Dear Newlands OSHClub Families,

As the holidays and end of term are fast approaching, we are busy preparing exciting and engaging Holiday HQ programs to ensure a fun experience for all children.

Due to ongoing construction works, our Holiday Program at Newlands OSHClub will be closed from 6 April to 17 April 2026. This decision has been made in alignment with the school to ensure the safety of our children, families, and educators, as there will be vehicles moving throughout the school grounds during this period. The increased traffic and noise may create safety concerns and cause significant disruptions to the program.

To continue supporting our families during this time, we’re pleased to offer placements at our neighbouring service, Coburg Primary School OSHClub and Northcote Primary School OSHClub. The program schedule with activity details will be released in the coming weeks!

If you need assistance transferring your enrolment, our educators are more than happy to help. You can duplicate your enrolment by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Parent Portal account (please note this must be done on a desktop computer).
2. Click on ‘Enrol’ at the top of the search bar.
3. Enter the service name (Exford)
4. Select the child you wish to enrol (follow the prompts to add siblings if required).
5. Acknowledge all required fields as they appear.
6. Add bookings or choose the option to book at a later date.
7. Click Submit.
8. From the drop-down menu, select the most recent enrolment you would like to import information from.

9. Review the enrolment details, proceed through the prompts, and submit.
