The 1/2's have had a very exciting start to Term 2, being introduced to their Desk Pets! 

Each student got their very own Desk Pet to look after. Each day they have the opportunity to earn 'fuzzies', for following classroom expectations, trying their best in their learning, and going out of their way to be kind or helpful. They can then use their 'fuzzies' to purchase items and accessories from the desk pet shop!

The purpose of the Desk Pets is to help get the students excited for their learning, motivate them to stay on task and follow classroom expectations, teach them responsibility, and to have something unique and fun to look forward to!
