Dear Parents/Guardians,
ANZAC Day Service
Students and families are encouraged to join the Rochester community and our School Captains on Friday at the ANZAC Day march and ceremony. The March will leave the Shire/Town hall at 10:45am.
Today we attended the ANZAC Day service at the Secondary College where our local RSL President, Cameron Lovering was the guest speaker.

This week we welcomed Chloe Whitfield (Gr 3/4), Hannah Taylor ( Gr 5/6), Annette Bolitho (3-6 Indonesian), Trudee Leahy (P-4 Phys Ed), Geoff Ringin (5/6 Phys Ed), Graeme Hodgens (Gr 3/4), and Eileen McNeilly (P-2 Performing Arts). We are very lucky to have you all helping us out this term.
Attendance Reward - March
Today 4 classes enjoyed a day at the Echuca Pool and lunch at the Moama Adventure Park as their reward for finishing on top of the Ladder for March or having the least unexplained absences. Our ladder will start again next Thursday for the full month of May.
Parent Teacher Interviews
Our first Parent teacher interview will be held on Tuesday 6th May. Booking will be available via XUNO next Monday 28th April . Students will be dismissed at 1:30pm on this day but supervision will be provided for those who cannot leave. More information will be sent home with students next week.
School Yard
Our school yard currently looks fantastic! Thanks to Temptation Landscape for their work over the holidays and a shout out to the School councillors, staff and the Acocks family who gave up their time at our working bee on the 6th April.
The line marking on the new asphalt is amazing.
Glasses for Kids Program P-3
The glasses for kids program has rescheduled their visit to Wednesday May 14th. This program provides free vision screening and testing for glasses, if required, for all grade Prep to 3 students who returned the consent form.
