Athletics Carnival

Hi from your 2025 House Captains!

On Tuesday the Year Five and Six students went to Aberfeldie Park to participate in the Athletics Carnival and the day was very successful. 

It was a very fun day where students could compete in track events such as the 100m race, 200m race and hurdles and field events such and discus, shot put, long jump and triple jump. 

The students got to wear their house team shirts and cheer on their peers and sometimes they were lucky enough to get a ribbon if they placed first to fourth. 

Today the Year Three and Four students got their opportunity and it was another successful day. Lots of throwing, jumping and running took place with many ribbons being awarded to fastest runners, biggest throwers and longest jumpers.

Well done to everyone one that participated and a big congratulations to those who were successful in taking home a ribbon. 

Congratulations to Gurrin on winning the overall points for our Athletics Carnival.

We look forward to many of our ENPS students taking part in the District Athletics Carnival in the coming weeks.

Walk-a-thon Warm Up

Extra congratulations to our dynamic House Captains for leading the way alongside Lee Reiger from Snap Fitness Niddrie at our Walk-a-thon warm up last Friday.

Mariana and Hamish (Baan), Forest and James B (Wiin), Mia and Shyam (Biik) and Naomi and Jordan (Gurrin), joined by School Captains Engy, Sam and Astin, each did a fantastic job, bringing high energy to the oval steps as they guided us though the moves! Thank you all for getting us fired up and setting the tone for an active, fun-filled,  day!
