CTF Construction Career Scholarship for 2026 - EOI open
The CTF Construction Career Scholarship for 2026 is open for Expressions of interest and is bigger than ever, with more options available throughout Perth Metro and the Southwest!
The Construction Careers Scholarship Program, offered annually by the Construction Training Fund (CTF), has been running since 2017. It supports Western Australian year 11 and 12 students who are enthusiastic about the building industry. This scholarship aims to give students the best opportunity to secure an apprenticeship and build a successful career in construction. Many students have successfully secured apprenticeships through this program and have progressed in their careers within industry.
Who can apply?
- Commencing Year 11 and 12 Students in 2026
- Students must be enrolled in school throughout the program.
What’s available?
- Building and Construction technical Support ( para professions) Building and construction Technical Support for those budding office based construction professionals.
- Carpentry.
- Plumbing.
- Bricklaying.
- Tiling.
- Wall and ceiling lining.
- Civil construction.
- Solid wall plastering.
- Civil construction.
How can my students apply?
- Students with guardians’ consent can register their interest on the website CTF Construction Career Scholarships
- Closes 31 August 2025 Training providers will receive all EOI’s first week in September.
- Students will be contacting by their preferred Training provider.
- Limited spots available.
What does the course cover?
- All tuition fees.
- Uniform inclusive of PPE.
- Mentoring.
MasterMind
Master Mind Australia will be delivering Revision and Exam Preparation Programs in the July school holidays. The program will be held at Christ Church Grammar School in the first week of the holidays, and at Hale School, Ashdale Secondary College and Mt Lawley Senior High School in the second week. OLNA Preparation Program will also be held at Christ Church Grammar School in the first week.

Scholarships for Construction Management Students!
The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) have scholarships on offer. The scholarships provide successful applicants with cash payments throughout their studies, as well as complimentary AIQS membership.

North Metro TAFE Creative Industries Open Day

North Metropolitan TAFE are celebrating 125 years served as a creative hub for thousands of Western Australian artists, designers, and media producers, with a year long series of events.
We’d like to invite your school to our Creative Industries Open Day on the 28th May 2025, 4pm-6pm at 12 Aberdeen Street, 6000.
The event will feature a mini–Creative Industries Expo in the foyer, exhibit in Gallery Central, and tours through our campus facilities hosted by lecturers to depart at regular intervals.

Experience-based entry – This pathway recognises academic and real-world experience, including TAFE qualifications, volunteering, and work. Ideal for students who show potential beyond traditional metrics.
Broadway ATAR Adjustment – Students who complete their final WACE examinations at a Broadway school will receive an automatic ATAR adjustment if they apply to UWA. Check if your school is a Broadway School here.
Enabling Programs – UWA recognises enabling programs completed at Australian universities so students can use their results and apply for a selection of UWA undergraduate degrees.
