ELECTION BBQ - Saturday 3rd May

We will be holding a BBQ, second hand book sale and a Bake stall on the Day of the Election.

We have many community members coming in to our school and we feel this is a great opportunity to get some fundraising happening. 

So what do we need:

• volunteers on the day for the BBQ / bake stall - a roster will come out in the first week of next term.
• We will be asking for some home baked or packaged items - we will send home an ingredient list in the first week to be photocopied and labelled onto goods.
• second hand book donations to be sent up to the school office - Ms McAlister will be overseeing this with our School Leaders.

Mother's/Special Others Day - Wednesday 7th May

This is an opportunity for our students to go shopping to buy Mum, grandma or their significant person a small gift of their choosing. 

We would like some hand made items/ plants or really ' whatever you can think of' for our stall. Please think about making a small donation of something and ring the school to let us know and we will need these delivered to the school by Monday 5th May

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS. We will need someone to oversee the setting up and pricing of the stall on the Tuesday afternoon and then we will require some helpers at the stall to sell items to the students. This starts at 9am and usually finishes by 11am.
