2025 Staff Changes
Staff Not Returning in 2025
Charlotte Bendell, Dan Farmer, Nicole Grant, Helen Griffiths, Joanne Ratten, & Stacey French.
Charlotte
Charlotte Bendell joined the Prep team in Term 4 this year but previously had worked here regularly across all year levels as a valued member of our Casual Relief team.
Charlotte has contributed positively to every aspect of our teaching team and always has a smile on her face. She willingly undertakes any role asked of her. Good luck with your new career Charlotte.
Dan
Dan Farmer has been a member of our staff for seven years and during this time he has been a classroom teacher and Physical Education teacher. Dan was originally a member of the OSHC staff and moved to the teaching staff at the conclusion of his studies.
During his time in PE, Dan successfully coached both the boys and girls football teams to State level competition. This is something that has not been achieved before. Dan demonstrates a deep passion for student wellbeing and many students have benefitted from his skill in this area.
Nicole
Nicole Grant will be leaving our school and moving to another educational sector.
Nicole has worked at our school for 22 years and will be greatly missed by the students, staff and parents.
Throughout her time at our school, Nicole has taught many different year levels, she has shared her many skills, as well as her performing arts talents.
Nicole has also been a member of School Council for many years and has actively contributed to all aspects of council. We wish Nicole well as she enters the next stage in her teaching career. Our loss is the gain of another school.
Helen
Helen Griffiths has been an important member of our music team since 2023.
Helen is a fully qualified music teacher for primary schools, which is a rarity these days. Helen has not only taught our students the required curriculum but also taught our senior students how to play the Ukulele.
I enjoyed viewing many of the student performances which highlighted their new skills.
Jo
Joanne Ratten has been a member of our staff for more than 20 years.
Jo originally commenced at our school as a CRE teacher and then moved to the position as our music teacher. Jo is an extremely talented music teacher and also a very accomplished musician. Many of us will never forget watching Jo play the upright grand piano at Hamer Hall at one of our school concerts.
Thankyou Jo for instilling the love of music in many hundreds of our students over your memorable association with our school.
Stacey
Stacey French joined our Year 6 team in Term 4 this year, bringing a wealth of experience from her time as a valued member of our Casual Relief team, where she worked across all year levels.
Stacey has been a positive and enthusiastic addition to our teaching team, she readily takes on any task with dedication and professionalism.
We wish Stacey all the best for the future.

We look forward to the return of Kate, Jameel Doug and Tess as they have a multitude of skills to add to our current teaching teams.
