Group 14

Term 3 in Group 14 , our continued focus has been around creating predictable routines and transitions within the classroom environment and building upon individual independence.
Students have also been busy engaging in hands-on, play-based learning, exploring new activities and shared experiences together such as our PMP room, which opened at the start of this term. This movement based program is designed to develop fundamental physical and perceptual skills in our Students.
Group 14 have also taken part in some special curriculum events this term such as Wild Action. Students had the opportunity to interact and learn important information about Native Australian animals. We were so lucky to be able to meet a black headed python, crocodile, sugar glider and a wombat. Another favourite incursion our class loved was Dr Nincompoop the puppet Doctor, which delivered learning in the form of music and puppets.
