WEPS Parent Fundraising Committee - Upcoming Events

WEPS Parents Fundraising Group is a welcoming, pro-active group of parents working together to support the school and its community.

We aim to make a positive difference through fundraising activities and social events, and to enhance a sense of community within the school.

Members will meet for general meetings twice a term, on an agreed evening from 

7pm-8pm to discuss and co-ordinate fundraising opportunities and special events.

Funds raised are donated back to the school in an area of need identified by WEPS staff and school council.

Members' and parents' time, skills, experience and contributions are extremely valued and appreciated.

The purpose of this group is to support community connection and raise funds for playground equipment. We are working on a target amount and look forward to sharing this with you soon.

Sunday 14th - Bunnings BBQ and Cake Stall

If you would like to support this fundraiser, you can register your interest to volunteer by clicking on the poster to fill out the associated Google form.

Picture Plates (and other products)

September 1st-12th - Students will complete drawings in their classrooms (can be completed at home) 

If you would like to order a plate, you still can online (other products are no longer available to purchase), please contact the office to notify us of your order.

Trivia Night with Silent Auction

We would greatly appreciate families reaching out now to workplace contacts or business connections who might like to donate items for the silent auction - please include any relevant details in this Google Form.

December 10th - From this date, Pictureplates products will be delivered to classrooms.
