Volunteer Induction

The Newlands Primary School community is incredible. The level of parent involvement across school events, the reading program and our subcommittees continues to make a significant difference to the experiences and opportunities we provide for our students. We greatly value and appreciate this ongoing support.

Recently, we have updated our Volunteer Induction Pack. All volunteers at Newlands Primary School are required to review the induction materials every 12 months and provide a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), which we keep on file.

All volunteers are also required to sign in and out each time they are onsite. This is completed through the kiosk (iPad) in the front office. Upon signing in, volunteers must wear an official visitor badge at all times while on school grounds.

For regular volunteers, our office staff can assist in setting up an account to streamline the sign-in process.
