Junior Specialists, Nicole and Edwige: please note the change of NCT for Foundation and Year 1. NB Edwige will not be able to attend Year 5 Planning this week.

A reminder that all staff are to keep staff areas clean on the Senior building throughout the year. If supplies are required (milk, tea, coffee etc) please let Ally know.
Though this has been checked, if you are allocated to provide morning tea or receive morning tea on a day that you do not work please let Ally know and we will look to change this.
PHONES
Can staff please let Ally know if they have left voicemails for parents to call back, as we are finding it hard to allocate these calls to the right person. On this, if staff can please check what phone extension they have, and add it to the below table that would be helpful for forwarding calls when they come through. If you do not have an extension please leave it blank.

Le Jardin Gates
Please note that all 3 external Le Jardin gates are locked in the morning at 7:30am (or thereabouts, depending on the time I arrive). This ensures that children are not playing in this unsupervised area before school.
It would be wonderful if those who enter school through Le Jardin lock the gate behind them each morning to support this process. These are then unlocked each afternoon by an assistante for parent access.
