Tennis Stars

Congratulations to Daniel T (from 6T)!

Daniel, as part of the Wheelers Hill Tennis Club team, achieved a remarkable result by winning the Grand Finals of the Waverley & District Tennis Association in division D1. The team has been playing well the entire season and won against Gladeswood Tennis Club in the finals. 

Congratulations to Luke S (from 6M) and Archie R (from 5W) also won their tennis Grand 

Finals in Division D5. 

Still on tennis, we also congratulate Brandon T (from 3M) who as team captain led his team to the Grand Final of the Waverley District Tennis Association (WDTA) Saturday competition Grade DSp1!

Coming in as Runners Up, this was a great experience for him to learn the responsibilities of being a leader. This included speaking on behalf of the team, filling out the score sheets and motivating the rest of the team to have fun and play at their best each week.
