Mindfulness: having your mind aware of what your body and emotions are doing. 


ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Have your child brainstorm all the different activities they can do to practise mindfulness, that will allow their mind and body to calm down and be fully aware and present. 

 

Encourage them to think about the things that relax their mind and body.
