Captains Corner

Welcome to the Captain’s Corner, with Alyssia and Patrick!

These past two weeks we have had so much going on. Firstly, we congratulate our Year 3 and 5s on completing NAPLAN! 

Thank you to Mr Cleary, Miss O’Grady, and Miss Daws who helped prepare them.

These past two weeks, we also had some great footy players, from Prahran FC, come to our school to teach us how to play footy and it was great fun! 

Our Year 1 and Year 2s were lucky to have Father Gallacher (our new Priest) come and speak to them. They enjoyed the talk and enjoyed asking lots of questions!

Today, we had Well-being Day! We had a really fun day and all wore a touch of our favourite colour. There were lots of really fun activities that focussed on helping us find different ways to look after our well-being.

During the last week of term, classes will be presenting liturgies that tell different parts of the Easter story, and after our liturgies, we will have an open book morning for parents to come and celebrate the learning we have done this term!  

Next week we will have our school Cross Country event. We will run laps of Spring Park, so hopefully the weather will be nice! We know that everyone will try their best.

There will also be a cake stall at the end of the last day of term.
