Welcome to our new Newsletter Page ‘Cultures of Thinking at Kingswood’! 

At Kingswood Primary School, we believe that learning is all about thinking! That's why we work hard to make our school a place where everyone loves to think deeply and share their ideas.

We're super proud to be connected with a special learning group called "Project Zero Classroom" from Harvard University, all the way across the world! In 2023 we sent a group of teachers to Harvard to study through the Project Zero Classroom and just recently all of our leading teachers completed the Project Zero course ‘Teaching For Understanding Framework’. We're also an internationally accredited Habits of Mind school, which means we teach our students special ways of thinking that help them learn and grow every day.

Through these courses, we are always looking for new and better ways to help our students learn, and we want to give everyone the chance to shine! We're so happy that our commitment to helping everyone think creatively and critically is recognised and celebrated throughout our school community.

On this newsletter page we will be sharing everything thinking, from what is happening at school to how you can support your child’s thinking at home. Stay tuned for some exciting ideas and sharing the wonderful thinking happening at Kingswood Primary School.
