St Vinnies Winter Appeal

Last week's Mufti Day raised  $136 for the Vinnies Winter Appeal. Thank you for supporting this important community event. 

First Reconciliation

Students eligible to make their First Reconciliation begin their lessons after school in the parish hall from Wednesday 6th August. Lessons continue on 13th, 20th & 27th August with the Sacrament held on Thursday 28th August. Please keep these students in your prayers.

Feasts of Saint Peter and St Paul, Apostles

Last Sunday commemorated two of the most foundational figures in early Christianity: Saint Peter and Saint Paul. They are often referred to as the ‘Princes of the Apostles’ due to their immense contributions to the establishment and spread of the Church. Although they had different backgrounds and ministerial approaches (Peter primarily to the Jews, Paul to the Gentiles), their feast day is celebrated together on June 29th. Celebrating them together emphasizes the unity and universal mission of the Church, with Peter representing the stability and leadership of the Papacy, and Paul representing the tireless evangelization and theological depth.
