Teaching & Learning News

Drama

Mr. Kelly's Year 9/10 Drama students delivered an engaging performance during the Formal Assembly on Thursday, July 26. The style of plays was from the 16th century Commedia Del'Arte. The first involved a couple who had a lovers' quarrel and then made up.

The second was written by the group of Year 9 girls who performed it on stage....It was basically a story about a man who selected another man to be his daughter's husband...but she had other ideas and wanted to marry someone else. It ended in murder and revenge.

The presentation was well-received and thoroughly enjoyed by staff, students, and visitors alike. Well done everyone.

We're thrilled to announce that this year's knitting/crochet students are already hard at work on another blanket to share warmth and love with our community. Stay tuned for updates on their progress!
