Kingsville Early Learning Partnership

In Term 2, our wonderful Year 5s took part in our Better Buddies Program where we walked over to Kingsville Early Learning Centre and engaged in activites to help build the skills to become a 'Better Buddy' 

Now it is our turn to host them! On Thursday, we had our first session together and  will continue to warmly welcome them into our Year Prep Community for five sessions across Term 4.

Our children were fabulous at showing them around our classroom and participating in a range of activities all together.

It was beautiful to hear the conversations and see our Preps beam with pride as they taught the Kinder children new games and showed them around the Year Prep Community. They drew, wrote, played with cars and trains, completed puzzles and even read them stories.

They then sat in the sunshine together and had lunch! The Year Preps absolutely loved being a 'buddy,' we were so proud of how well they looked after the kinder children and shared our community with them.
