A friendly reminder: Parent contributions 2023

That's right, it's not too late!

A quick reminder to the families who may still like to contribute to their child's schooling for 2023 please call the office. Your contribution directly impacts your child and enables the school to provide your child with engaging and stimulating learning resources and equipment as well as a wonderful learning environment. Your contribution goes a long way and is greatly appreciated.

Call out for second hand uniform items: all sizes

On Tuesday 21st November the PPA will run a special Second Hand Uniform Sale for our Foundation 2024 families.  We are asking our current families to donate any items of uniform that are no longer required and the smaller sizes will be put on sale during this first transition session that our 2024 students spend at school.  Please drop off any items at the school office.

The next whole school second hand uniform sale (and the final one for 2023) will take place on Friday 1st December: 2.45-3.30pm.

Japanese Day: tomorrow

We are all looking forward to Japanese Day when children can come dressed in something that relates to Japanese culture. This is your chance to get creative and brainstorm ideas with your family!

Think about all the things that are made in Japan - cars, cameras, game consoles, bullet trains, robots and vending machines and come as one of those! Use cardboard from a large box and make a board type costume by turning it into Mt. Fuji, Tokyo Tower, sushi, fish, cherry blossom petals, a sudoku grid and so on. There are many mythical creatures in Japanese culture such as a Japanese oni, a maneki neko, a daruma doll, etc. Use your imagination and some face paint or a cardboard mask. Or wear your coolest gear and come as a J-Pop star!

The possibilities are endless - ganbatte kudasai!  We look forward to seeing your creative costumes!
