2023 Semester 2 Exam Success
I'm proud to announce that all our students have completed their semester two exams, engaged in the goal-setting interviews, and the crucial step-up program, pivotal in aiding their transition to the next academic year. For our senior school students, preparing for the upcoming year involves holiday homework, a central step in paving the way for their successful senior studies in 2024. Your encouragement and support in ensuring the completion of holiday homework will greatly benefit their educational journey.
Celebrating Achievement at Awards Afternoon
The recent Awards Afternoon held on Friday, December 15th, was a wonderful occasion where we celebrated the remarkable achievements of our students. Witnessing parents rejoicing in their children's successes was truly heartwarming. Congratulations to all our award winners and credit to every student for their resilience, perseverance, and solid determination throughout the year. Each student's dedication to striving for their best deserves recognition. In the words of Colin Powell, "A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work."
Celebrating Young Writers: Year 7 AJ Betts Writing Competition
We're excited to share the wonderful news from the recent AJ Betts Writing Competition, an event that sparked creativity and showcased the remarkable talents of our Year 7 students. Renowned author AJ Betts visited our school, dedicating time to inspire, guide, and motivate each Year 7 group towards discovering their writing potential.
During Betts' engaging sessions, students were empowered with invaluable skills, a sense of purpose, and the much-needed motivation to wield their pens with confidence. These interactions were not just about writing; they were about instilling belief in their abilities, fostering resilience, and nurturing the art of storytelling.
