We are learning to practise daily gratitude.
VOCABULARY
Gratitude: When you feel thankful for the good things in your life
ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING
Have your child create a gratitude journal, where they can practise daily gratitude journaling.
At the end of each day have your child fill in their journal with 3 things they were grateful for that day.
For example:
Monday:
- The sun was shining all day
- My friends and I got to play volleyball at school
- I got to ride my bike to school
Did you know, after 21 days of practising gratitude, you become 3 times more likely to notice something positive around you 🙂
