Submit a Staff Shout-Out!
A Parent Partnership Panel Initiative
The Parent Partnership Panel want to recognise the amazing contribution of Mt A staff, positively impacting the lives of our children everyday.
As a voice of the parents, we are inviting students and parents to submit a “shout out” to a Mt A staff member who has made an impact or has gone above and beyond our Franciscan values.
This is a new initiative that we are trialing and anticipate to carry forward into the new year.
Shout Outs will be collected and the Parent Partnership Panel along with members of the College Leadership Team will identify and reward the top “shout outs”. Whilst we cannot reward everyone, we do want to find a way to share some of these key “shout out” themes so that Mt A staff truly understand the value they add and how much we appreciate their dedication to the College.
These acts of recognition are not connected with other performance and recognition processes completed through the College. Submit your "shout out" below!
