World Teachers’ Day Celebrations 

Last Friday, our staff community came together to celebrate World Teachers' Day. This special occasion was marked by a BBQ and cake, served by the College Leadership Team. At Mt A, our teachers are more than educators; they are mentors, guides, and role models. World Teachers' Day offered an opportunity to acknowledge the incredible efforts they put forth each day, ensuring our students receive the best education possible. 

In a world where educational challenges have been heightened, our teachers have continued to navigate uncharted waters with grace, innovation, and resilience. We extend a heartfelt thanks to our teachers for their dedication and their invaluable work. World Teachers' Day served as a reminder of the profound impact they have on the lives of our students, and we are grateful for the passion and purpose they bring to the Mount Alvernia community.

We also thank the Parent Partnership Panel who gifted all staff with a La Cucina drink voucher on World Teachers’ Day. La Cucina was certainly busy on Friday and our staff were very grateful for this thoughtful gift.
