Just a reminder that Bishop Paul will be attending Mass at St Mary’s Church in Colac in less than two weeks time on Saturday November 11th at 6pm. This is a particularly memorable occasion for the 2023 Sacramental children. During Mass Bishop Paul will be giving a blessing to the children that received the Sacrament of Communion and Confirmation this year and we invite those children with their families and all the Sacred Heart School Community to attend.

An email has been sent out to the families inviting them to attend and to ensure that each child can be introduced to Bishop Paul by name as they receive a special blessing.

Next Thursday week (2nd November) at 10:00 am Sacred Heart students, families and parishioners are invited to celebrate a special All Saints/ All Souls day and Mission Dat Mass at St Mary’s Church.

On the Liturgical calendar All Saints Day is marked on the 1st November, a day where we celebrate all saints and martyrs. All Souls Day is on the 2nd November, this marks the day we remember those who have passed before us.
