This victory took them through to the division finals which were held on Wednesday July 29th at Aspendale Soccer Club. Student Success

Ralph (3A) recently qualified for the 17th Annual U.S. Kids Golf European Championship in Scotland, joining more than 500 of the world’s leading junior golfers aged 7–15.

The three-day championship was played at Longniddry Golf Club, a historic course more than 100 years old, with 8 year old competitors playing nine holes for 3 days.

The event presented several challenges, including international travel, adapting to a new time zone, and competing against the world’s highest-ranked junior golfers. Ralph competed strongly, only 3 shots off the lead on day 1. Nerves dragged down his position for the final days, but he scraped through with a top 25 finish, gaining valuable insights into what it takes to succeed at the highest level.

With only two Australians competing in the event, the experience was a significant achievement and an important step in Ralph’s golfing journey. The future looks bright, and he’s well on track to one day bring the title back to Black Rock.

BRPS Shines at the AeroSchools State Championships! 🏅

Congratulations to all of our incredible BRPS Aerobics students on their outstanding performances at the recent AeroSchools State Championships!

This year, BRPS proudly entered 25 teams, with students demonstrating remarkable skill, confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Their hard work and dedication throughout the season was evident on the competition floor, resulting in an incredible medal haul, including four State Champion titles, multiple podium finishes, and an impressive 12 teams qualifying for the Australian National Championships, to be held on the Gold Coast in September.

A special congratulations goes to our students who competed for the very first time. Taking to the competition floor can be daunting, but every student should be incredibly proud of their courage, commitment and willingness to challenge themselves. Watching their confidence grow throughout the season has been wonderful.

While the results were outstanding, the true highlight of the day was the incredible team spirit on display. The students supported and encouraged one another from the moment they arrived, celebrating each other's performances and achievements with genuine excitement. The friendships they have built and the way they represented BRPS both on and off the floor were something to be incredibly proud of.

The team's success saw BRPS finish as the second best school overall, a remarkable achievement and a testament to the commitment and enthusiasm of every student involved.

A sincere thank you to all of the families for their ongoing support throughout the season. From training sessions and rehearsals to competition day, your encouragement and commitment play an enormous role in making opportunities like this possible.

Congratulations once again to every student on an outstanding season. We wish our National Championship qualifiers the very best as they prepare to represent BRPS on the Gold Coast in September!

On behalf of the school, a big thank you to Tanya for all of her hard work and dedication to get the teams to this level!
