2024 Canteen Days 

This year, the Canteen will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

All orders are to be made through QuickCliq for RECESS and LUNCH, and are to be entered by 8:15am on Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday. 

 

If there are any parents/grandparents/carers who are available to volunteer their time and assist in the Canteen on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, please email admin@salvado.wa.edu.au to join the team.

Management of Canteen Orders

What to do when...

Canteen orders are placed and Student does not attend school

It is the responsibility of parents to cancel orders on QuickCliq before the order cut-off time at 8:15am.

 

If 8:15am has passed, please contact the College Administration before 10:00am to organise a refund.

 

As orders would be in the process of being prepared, refunds cannot be processed after 10:00am.

 

Canteen orders are placed and Student goes home unwell

Students who go home unwell before recess can collect their order from the canteen. If the lunch order is ready, they will be able to collect this as well.

 

Students who go home unwell before lunch can collect their order from the canteen.

 

If orders are not ready, then a voucher can be supplied to parents through QuickCliq.

 

there are missing items in the Canteen order

If orders have items missing from them, students are encouraged to advise the Canteen on the day they receive their orders, so as to eliminate any discrepancies. The Canteen Manager will then advise the student when they are able to collect the missing item/s.

 

Students are also encouraged to inform parents when there are missing items in their orders, so that parents are able to log these through QuickCliq.
