To enable as many of our community members to attend this event, there will be supervision (which includes dinner) available for:

  • children that attend Clayfield College (Pre-Prep to Year 12)
  • siblings of Clayfield College students, so long as they are at least five years of age and are comfortable to be left in the care of others.

Registration is essential and can be completed via the 'Buy Tickets' option. There is a nominal cost to cover dinner expenses.

Conditions

  • Parents/caregivers must pre-register their children, so that adequate levels of staffing can be arranged, and dietary requirements provided.
  • Parents/caregivers must sign-in their children from 6:00pm (Primary - Assembly Hall, Secondary - MU2), and sign-out their children by no later than 7:30pm (Primary) and 7:45pm (Secondary).
