WELCOME BACK

Welcome to all St Paul staff, children and families at the start of a new school year.  We pray that you see God’s blessings in each day and receive his strength and love in whatever this year brings for you. 

ALL WELCOME – WORSHIP SERVICES AT ST PAUL

Everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday morning for worship. For a trial period of six months, there will be one combined service held at 9.30am on the first Sunday of the month, with a blended style of worship.  This means that this Sunday, 4th February, there will be one service at 9:30am.  During this service, we will pray a blessing over all school staff for 2024.

MINISTRY FACILITATOR POSITION – WELCOME DAN KITSON!

This year, we welcome to the Church Office Staff Dan Kitson, who is the new Ministry Facilitator - Younger Persons and Families.  Dan will be working largely with youth ministries at the church, but you will see him around the school too.  Stop and say hi when you see him around the place.

PLAYGROUP @ ST PAUL 

Playgroup @ St Paul is on each Tuesday during term time in the Hall for children aged 0-5 and a parent/caregiver.  Playgroup starts in 2024 this Tuesday, from 9-10:30am.  We welcome people anytime from 8:30am onwards to help set up. Join us for a coffee, playtime, story time and songs from 9-10:30am each week during school terms. Cost is $2 per family.  

This week, we are celebrating Chinese New Year and reading the book Our Family Dragon by Rebecca Lim.  We will be making Chinese dragons for the Year of the Dragon.

ST PAUL YOUTH (SPY)

St Paul Youth for school Years 6-8 and runs the first and the third Friday evening of the school term. 

The first date for SPY in 2024 is this Friday, 2nd February at 7pm in the Church Hall.  Cost is $2 per family.

The SPY format is a time of fun and games, some devotional conversations and then a shared supper.

Feel free to come along this Friday and meet Dan and join with leaders Tom and Renate to see what SPY has to offer.  If you have any questions in the meantime, contact the Church office on 8262 4690 or email office@stpaul-church.org.au
