The 62nd Annual OVA Golf Day Report
- Blessed with ideal weather
- 28 teams competed, comprising 111 players (51 were Old Virglians)
- Overall winner was Will Busch with 50 points
- Will also won the Best OV category
- Michael Moschogianis was the best non-OV with 40 points
- Alison Sully won the ladies’ category with 36 points
- Teams event was taken out by Michael Moschogianis, Damian Messer, Simon Direen and Warren Walker
- A Grade longest drive was won by Warren Walker
- B Grade longest drive was won by Jason Kennedy
- C Grade longest drive was won by David Brooks
- Ladies longest drive was won by Vivienne McRoberts
- Straightest drive was won by Jayson Scanlan
- Nearest the pin prizes went to Adam Dance, Nigel Shaw and Vivienne McRoberts
Over the past six years this event has raised $21 016 with the profit this year being $3 741. The committee will determine how the funds will be dispersed at its next meeting.

Raffle donors were Peppermint Bay, Pennicott Wilderness Cruises, Par Avion and St Virgil’s College.
