Dearly loved and loving wife of Tony  (SVC 1969-66), mother and mother-in-law of Jane and Tino, and Paul (SVC 1991-94) and Ashley. Beloved Nan of Anita, Lachlan and Sean, devoted great grandma of Briella and loved Auntie Marg to her nieces and nephews. Daughter of Stan and Nellie Laskey, sister of Stanley, Maureen, Vicki and Carroll. Never to be forgotten and forever in our hearts.

Passed away peacefully in Hobart. Loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Ruth & Leigh, John Halton (SVC 1993-95) & Holly, and Katrina & Nick. Loving Grandma of Ella, Grace & Tom; Dublin & Boston; Luca & Sophia. Much loved Daughter of Harold and Ruth Gregg (both dec). Sister of David (SVC 1957-65), Michael (SVC 1957-65) Marcus (SVC 1963-71) Gregg and Win Langdon.

Passed away peacefully at Meercroft. Beloved daughter of Tom and Joyce (both dec.). Much loved wife of Ted (SVC 1956-61), loving mother and mother-in-law of Mark and Tina, Patrick and Lisa, and Fiona and Kurt. Adoring Nanny to Zane, Sam, Darcie, Mali, Preah, Lachie and India. Loved great-grandmother of Stevie and Ayda. Sister of Tom O’Meara (SVC 1958-64). Forever in our hearts. Thank you to staff at Oceanview for the wonderful love and care given to Trish over the last two years.

Died peacefully in palliative care at the Mersey Community Hospital in the presence of family. Wife of Alan (dec.). Mother of Nicolas (dec.), Christopher (SVC 1990-94), Kate, and Sally. Grandma of Charlotte, Thomas, Willa, Pip, Rufus, Nellie, and Beatrix. Forever loved.

QUINN, David William 'Darby' (SVC 1935-43)

It is with great sadness we announce that Darby Quinn has peacefully joined the heavens above. Beloved youngest son of Lal and Joyce Quinn. Brother to Fr Denis Quinn (SVC 1937-45) and Margaret Emery. Loving Husband for 62 years to Marlene Quinn. Very much-loved Father to Therese, Louise, Alison, Matthew and Celeste. Lover of sports, family and a good joke. Your legend and stories live on.

TYRRELL, John Francis cfc

On 29 November 2023 peacefully at Villa Maria Catholic Home, Bundoora aged 84. Beloved son of John & Olive (both dec), friend to Toshiro Hirano, loved cousin to Helen Godsall and Patrice Marshall. John was a member of the Christian Brothers Oceania Province. He was headmaster of St Peter’s School (now St Virgil’s Junior School) in 1968.
