School Reports

Downloading Reports

Dear Families,

If you have a student graduating Year 6 in 2023 or not returning to EVPS in 2024 you will need to download their academic reports as you will not have access to these reports on Compass once your child exits the school. These reports will need to be downloaded by 5pm Wednesday 20th December 2023.

(Please note: This deadline is only for students not returning in 2024)

Semester 2 reports will be available to download midday Tuesday 19th December.

Term 1 2024 

We are looking forward to a wonderful holiday and will be welcoming staff back to school on January 29th.

Please note the office will re-open on January 30th.

January 29th and 30th will be Curriculum Days. Teachers will be onsite and engaged in Professional Learning.

Tuesday 30th January

Curriculum Day

Office re-opens.

Wednesday 31st January

Students in Year 3, 4, 5 & 6 

return to school.

Thursday 1st February

Year Prep, 1 and 2 commence school.

2024 CSEF (Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund)

Forms are available from the school office. Annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports, and / or excursions.

Eligibility: 

a) Be an eligible beneficiary within the meaning of the State Concessions Act 2004, be a holder of Veterans Affairs Gold Card or be an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) holder, OR

b) Be a temporary foster parent and; 

c) Submit an application to the school by the due date.
