Graduation Evening - Principal's Address

Good evening parents, teachers, special guests, and our brilliant graduates of 2023. As we gather to celebrate this momentous occasion, let's reflect on the incredible journey these young people have undertaken.

Our graduating students were born around 2011- a time when the world witnessed significant events.

Pop culture was thriving with the release of iconic movies like "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2" and the birth of the addictive game sensation, Flappy Bird. It was a time when Adele's soulful voice dominated the charts, and smartphones were becoming an integral part of our daily lives. This was the year Apple unveiled the iPad 2, a device that has shaped the way we now  interact with technology.

Fast forward to today, and we see a group of graduates who have grown up amidst technological advancements, global challenges, and societal changes. They've not only adapted to these shifts but have emerged as young leaders ready to face the world.

In the face of adversity, our students have demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to their education. The COVID-19 pandemic taught them the importance of flexibility and perseverance, qualities that will undoubtedly serve them well in the future.

Congratulations to the Class of 2023! Your journey has just begun, and we can't wait to see the incredible impact you'll make on the world. Remember, the skills you've acquired during your primary years will serve as your compass in the years ahead. 

May your journey forward be filled with continued growth, success, and the pursuit of knowledge. The world eagerly awaits the impact you will undoubtedly make.
