Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal

Each classroom has Christmas Shoeboxes and they are awaiting your gifts!

Donations are welcome until Friday, 13 September 2024

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. It is a hands-on way for you to bless children in need across the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and fun gifts. We collect the boxes here at school and send them off for distribution through Samaritan's Purse in the name of Jesus Christ to children living in vulnerable situations.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to provide God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

What to Pack

When packing your shoebox think; FUN, adding a ‘wow’ item and new toys a child will love; FULL, with no empty space; and PERSONALISED, including a note of encouragement or photo.

Fill shoeboxes with quality, new items that will last. Think about the kids in your life – pack items you feel they would enjoy and would be suitable for their age.
