Players, coaches and team managers, will have now received an email asking you to register with your allocated team and pay your fees (players only).

This is due by Tuesday 10 September. All links are in the email.

Griffins Hockey Update

What a fantastic season.

As the home and away fixtures draw to a close, I’m excited to be able to confirm that all our teams will be playing in finals over the coming weeks.

This couldn’t have been achieved without our coaching teams, managers, and players being dedicated to aiming for and giving their best over the past months. I’m endlessly inspired and so grateful to be surrounded by such a great group of leaders - across all divisions, and amongst our playing groups too. We are a lucky club, filled with amazing people, playing the best sport in the world.

As we look towards finals, things will get tense. That’s part of the fun - but I wanted to gently reinforce the message we’ve stuck to so well throughout the year. We are a values based club, and while we play to win, the results come from giving our best, respecting the game, playing fairly, and enjoying ourselves.

If we can maintain these standards, in our efforts on and off the field, we will know we’ve given it our best shot.

For those with children playing, I’d encourage you to remind them that we all have their backs - no matter the results - and to help them prepare by eating, resting and reflecting well over the coming weeks.
