Save the Date: PFA Major Fundraiser – Friday November 17 – Colour Run

The PFA are looking forward to the upcoming Colour Run.

Key information:

Please ensure that your child has a white T-shirt and old shorts, shoes etc. for the day Plain white t-shorts can be purchased at various department stores for approximately $5.00
The PFA will be running a sausage sizzle & selling drinks etc for all to purchase on the cash (cash only)
We will be hosting a raffle at the event and already have some great prizes. If you know of any local business etc. that may like to contribute a prize for the raffle, please email pfapres@sktemplestowelr.catholic.edu.au
The event will be a sponsorship style event – more information to follow!

Referendum Voting Day Sausage Sizzle & Cake Stall

Thanks to those who have already volunteered to bake, donate money for supplies or assist with the day.

We still have some volunteering positions available for the 8.00am – 10.00am & 12 midday – 2.00pm timeslot. Please complete the survey

We still require cakes and baked goods for our stall. If you can contribute, can you please complete the survey

All baked goods can be dropped off at school on the Friday afternoon (October 13) to the school reception. Please ensure that all items for the stall are packaged/covered well in preparation for the sale (we will not be splitting items at the stall – they need to be packaged how they are to be sold). All ingredients must be listed, and the items must not contain any fresh cream, custard, or raw eggs (ie. no mousse). Please ensure that standard food safety handling is adhered to when preparing and packaging your goods.

Donations towards the purchase of supplies for the Sausage Sizzle can be made via Compass Canteen. There is an event set up when you select Saturday October 14. There are $5.00 & $10.00 donation options that can be used as increments should you wish to donate a larger amount. Alternatively, cash donations can be sent via the office (please label the envelope with your name).

Baker’s Delight Lunch – Friday October 20

A reminder that the next Baker’s Delight lunch will be on Friday 20th of October. All orders need to be placed by Wednesday 18th of October at 5pm (via Compass Canteen).

Uniform Shop Tidying/Sorting – 2nd Friday of each Month

Marey N has kindly offered to lead a monthly uniform shop tidy/sort. This will be scheduled for the second Friday of the month after the morning student drop off.

Tuckshop

Please note that the tuckshop will operate each day during Term 4. This is totally dependent on having at least one volunteer each day.

PFA Meeting – Friday 13th of October at 2.30pm

If you are interested in finding out more information or would like to join the PFA, please come along on Friday 13th October at 2.30pm in the staffroom. It is a great opportunity to contribute to your child’s school and get to know others within the school community.
