CERES Leadership Program

At CERES we learnt about energy. What it is? How we use it? And how to save energy.

We did an activity making action plans on how the school can save energy.

For the last activity we planted seeds for native spinach, and it is eatable I really enjoyed my there.

At CERES we were learning about energy and how we can improve on not wasting electricity. We went on a walk around CERES and we found a playground that was made out of recycled goods. It was heaps of fun.

We went to CERES and learnt all about energy and how to save energy. We walked around CERES were taught about different plants that you can eat, and we were about to try some. We walked around their massive vegetable patch.  It was really inspirational, and I had a great time.

We went to CERES to learn about energy and how to make our school more sustainable. Our first session was about energy and how its is created. Then went for a walk around CERES and we found out what energy was used at CERES. Then we went back inside tried to find out different types of energy. Then we had a lunch break and went to the playground which was made entirely out of recycled rubbish. After lunch we went back inside and made action plans for making our school more sustainable. Then we went outside and learnt about native plants and what they were used for. Then we got to plant our own plant. It was a great day.

At CERES we got to eat different types of plants and learn about their textures. We also leant about sound and energy. It was a really great day I had fun.
