Three-Year-Olds

Our children have engaged in such a diverse range of new and familiar play and learning opportunities this week. We have roasted pretend marshmallows on a makeshift campfire, washed the stones in the creek, challenged ourselves on the monkey bars, read stories to one another, made tiny playdough worlds, and began making a gift for someone special. 

Four-Year-Olds

It has been a busy and incredibly focused week- albeit shortened for some classes, making mother’s and special persons presents, building collaboratively with magnetic tiles, cleaning toys and equipment with soapy water and tools, enjoyed dancing with music

The children have been interested in the observed change around us, the change in colours of the autumn leaves. Making our own leaves using dye and colour diffusing paper. 

We have also continued to plan and implement intentional strategies as we support each class. Incorporating group times and structured games to scaffold these goals.
