Picture Plates

Our picture plate fundraiser is well under way, with all templates now distributed to kinder families.  If you didn't get one, please see your kinder teacher.  School families are welcome to participate as well, please get in touch with me to find out more.  Templates and payments are due by Friday 10 May.

Mother's Day Stalls

Mother's Day is now two weeks away, and we have lots of great gift ideas for the children to choose from this year.  Thankyou to everyone who has already signed up to help.  We still need a number of volunteers (dad's?!) to help run the stalls.  Stalls will be held on Wednesday 8th (kinder - 1 hour), Thursday 9th (kinder - 1 hour) and Friday 10th (kinder + school - 3 hours).  If you're able to help out for a little bit on any of the above dates, please pop your name down at https://volunteersignup.org/KXYL7 , it's always a great fun event to be involved with.

Cake Raffle

Our first cake raffle for the term was supplied by the Kirby family, and raised $16.20!  Thanks to everyone who has put their name down on the sign up sheet on the P&F board at Reception, the Term 2 raffle roster is now all filled up.

The cake raffle is held every Monday at assembly, with prizes donated by families from across the school.  Tickets are 20c each or 6 for $1, and are available for students to purchase at recess each Monday.

Cookie Dough

Our cookie dough fundraiser opens next week (Monday 29 April).  Information brochures will be making their way to you very soon.  I do still need someone to help me manage the delivery and distribution of orders to families, which is currently scheduled for Monday 17 June.  If you can help out that afternoon for a few hours, please let me know.

P&F Board

You should also start to see information on a range of community groups you can get involved with up on the P&F board!  Have an idea for a community group you want to talk through or get started?  Let me know and we'll see what we can do!

P&F Meetings

Our next meeting is next week, 9am, Friday 3 May in person and via Zoom.  If you can't make it but have any ideas, feedback or comments you'd like to share, please feel free to email me or reach out to your parent rep.
