Sports Update
Introducing EMC Sport Aerobics!!!
Sport Aerobics is a high intensity sport that combines traditional aerobics with elements of fitness and dance. Athletes learn and perform a choreographed routine with varying levels of skills and movement patterns to energetic music. For schools, sport aerobics provides a unique and inclusive sport for students that is fun, healthy and cost effective. It encourages teamwork, friendship, and boosts student morale. This year we have a Phase 1 team, this section is designed to cater to those who are new to the sport and are learning the skills for sport aerobics, with a focus on participation. As well as a Phase 2 team, this section will be judged on a higher level of combination sets, allowing for more overall creative choreography. Our students have their first competition this Saturday at Rowville Secondary, we wish them the best of luck!
