From the Principal's Desk

What a busy few weeks it has been for our students and staff at Verney Road.

On Friday 3rd May we celebrated our mothers and special persons with a fantastic morning of fun, food, music, gifts and art. The students did a great job of helping to set up and participate in the running of the stalls, while enjoying all of the fun on offer.

We also held a Mother's and Special Persons Stall on Wednesday for our students who will be on camp, and again on Friday for our remaining students, to purchase lovely gifts. Thanks to our Senior years' students for organising this.

On Thursday and Friday, the Lower Middle Years' students attended Camp Kookaburra where there was a lot of fun, excitement and activities. Photos will be provided in the next newsletter.

💉 Year 10 Vaccinations

Vaccinations are coming to Verney Road for eligible students on Tuesday 14th May.  Parents/guardians can give their consent via this online form: 

Any student 14 years or above (ie, anyone born on 14th May 2010 or before) is eligible to get the vaccine.
