Are you drowning in kid or teen stuff lying around? Too good to throw out, not being used anymore and want to see it put to good use? Student alumni Hazel Ambry-Horsfall (2024) is collecting donations to sell at the Princes Hill Secondary College Twilight Market this Friday 28 Nov and also donate to a reputable kids and teens material aid charity. Funds raised support SisterWorks, a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering women from migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeker backgrounds. Donations of good-condition kids and teens items will be delivered on your behalf to Big Group Hug, giving your items a second life and preventing them from ending up in landfill. Essential items appreciated include kid and teen clothes, single bedlinen, unopened toiletries, stationery but read a full list here: https://biggrouphug.org/support-us/donate-goods/ To make donating even easier we’ll arrange to pick up your donations from your house.
