We have a special visitor from the North Pole joining us. Peppermint, the cheeky elf, who loves to climb and drink hot chocolates has been hiding in our classroom.
Peppermint also made a very interesting naughty & nice list!

On Tuesday, the children rotated through different science experiments. From an outdoor scavenger hunt, to building gingerbread houses from lego, and seeing if rice or sultanas could dance. It was a fun day.

Last Monday, we celebrated Italian Day. The children enjoyed dressing up and participating in different activities like biscuit decorating, Uno, Tombola, fairy floss and eating delicious gelato.

December 3rd was St Francis Xavier Feast Day. We started the day with a whole-school Mass and reflected on what a great example St Francis Xavier set for us, living in the light of Jesus.
During the rest of the day, the Grade 6 students conducted a wide range of activities for us all to participate in and explore this year's Jubilee celebration - Pilgrims of Hope.

Students have been preparing a number of special pieces of work to share during our Learning Showcase. Many families joined us on Thursday afternoon to see the amazing learning students across the school have been taking part in during term 4.

We have had lots of exciting activities throughout the year,
as well as developing some great relationships with our peers and teachers.
A big thank-you to all our families for the ongoing support you have given throughout the year. Providing positive and meaningful educational opportunities for our students is definitely a team effort!

Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and a relaxing and restful break.
Look forward to seeing you all in the new year,
and hopefully for our Christmas Carols celebration next Thursday afternoon!
