Highlight of the end of Term 4 2025
Prep to Grade 2
To celebrate the end of Term 4 in 2025, our Prep to Grade 2 students enjoyed a range of Indonesian activities, including colour activities, fruit and number guessing games, exploring the traditional bamboo instrument angklung, and trying out Indonesia’s popular sport, badminton. The biggest highlight was the guessing and describing games, where students worked in pairs and took turns taking on different roles. They absolutely excelled, showcasing their Indonesian knowledge with confidence. Bagus sekali, anak-anak!
Grade 3 to Grade 6
Students in Grades 3 to 6 thoroughly enjoyed taking part in several Indonesian-themed activities to wrap up a busy term. They loved playing badminton and exploring the angklung, staying active while also being musical—especially when performing a Christmas song using the angklung. They truly showed us how multi-talented they are.
Another outstanding achievement came from the Grade 6 students, who created their own version of The Very Hungry Caterpillar in Indonesian, complete with colourful and inspiring illustrations. Their stories were presented bilingually in both Indonesian and English. What an incredible learning journey! Keep up the great work, learners!
