Team Time Update

As part of strengthening house spirit and student leadership, our 2025 House Captains have been leading a new legacy project aimed at building a more connected and vibrant house culture. Through student voice and agency, they have been redefining the previous house rewards structure and developing activities that encourage teamwork, inclusion, and pride. One of their key initiatives has been the design and creation of new house banners—an activity that has inspired creativity and collaboration across all year levels.
Chloe, Truganini (Blue) House Leader 2025, shares her perspective on the initiative:
“I try to make Blue House happy by doing something called Team Time. Team Time is an activity we do in our houses for an hour to build connection with our house and the people around us. Some activities we do are art, games, and the biggest thing we are working on is our house banner. The banner will be a creation that we all take part in, using recycled materials and our creative skills. What I’m trying to achieve is making Team Time one of the most memorable experiences for 2025 by having fun and building a strong team culture.”
We are delighted to see our students taking ownership of their house identity while developing important leadership skills.
